ARMStaffing, a leader in the Travel Nurse staffing industry, is growing fast! We’re looking for highly competitive individuals who have a high need for achievement and will push harder than their peers to come out on top!
The primary focus of this job is reaching out to candidates with a high level of energy to help kickstart new and strong relationships. A new recruiter should expect to be making anywhere from 70-100 calls per day, as well as using social media skills to find top nursing talent. On top of hunting for new business, you will be working with current, active nurses to keep them on board and build on the relationships we already have with them.
THE COMPENSATION IS A COMBINATION OF SALARY PLUS COMMISSION and is very robust for those who are willing to work hard and meet the high expectations of our dedicated sales team. We’re a collaborative crew that helps one another achieve our absolute highest potential, and we get results.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize our vast database of active Registered Nurses and reach out, making 70-100 calls per day.
- Utilize the various social media platforms to build networks and referral leads.
- Find, engage, and activate passive candidates using in-house CRM.
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine appropriate fit.
- Work on different ways to build talent pipelines and execute tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.
- Regularly track pipeline activity and initiate improvements that impact pipeline areas.
- Stay in constant communication with candidates from sourcing through placement.
- Nurture long-lasting relationships with your nursing team.
Skills /Experience Requirements:
- Competitiveness, drive, and determination a must!
- Impressive candidate engagement approach with the ability to activate passive candidates.
- Strong ability to build relationships and establish trust via the phone or other channels.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well.
- Well-organized with the ability to learn new tasks quickly and efficiently.
- College degree (preferred, but not required)
- 2 years of sales experience (preferred, but not required)
